Interactive digital book
Learning about insurance, especially specialty product offerings, can be a dry read. That's why the company wanted to provide more interactive learning experiences for their clients. Through this e-book, clients can walk through different customer scenarios to help them see how the Loss Draft Services can benefit them. It provides a human connection and shows that they care about the lives they affect.
Branding and event design
"In Real Life" was created to promote the newly branded Renters program. This was the first time after the pandemic that providers and property managers were together again in person. The booth represented a rooftop gathering area, which can be found as a social space in many apartment buildings, and was meant to make the visitor feel engaged and excited to be part of a community again. The campaign itself was focused on making those human connections after such a long time apart. This was a multi-functional design campaign covering all areas of marketing outreach, including logo design, booth design and decor, promo items, event planning, social media blast, and email marketing.
Logo Design
Branding, web design and content strategy
Catalyst Consulting needed a little branding and content strategy love applied to their existing website. I worked closely with them to rethink their voice so that their product offerings would resonate more with their potential clients. I also helped them better showcase how their expertise can help strengthen the human connection between their clients and those communities they are serving.
e-book design
In an effort to increase client & customer satisfaction by expediting the insurance claims process, the company improved its CDE process. This guide was created to show how the product works and how successful it has been improving the customer experience.
Informational and layout design
This program guide was one of eight educational booklets created to aide in the continued education of Carnival Cruiseline team members.
Branding, print and digital design
For the revamped Renters product, I was the lead designer in refining, establishing, and implementing the new visual guidelines. I worked closely with the project's marketing director and copywriters to create a myriad of marketing materials, including website, social media, print, email, and promo design. All of these have led to a successful and growing business.
Presentation design
We've all been there, it's enrollment time and we have to decide to keep our current plan, change our plan, HSA, no HSA? Prism Health Care knew how mundane this process could be and they wanted to make it easy and exciting for their employees to make the best decision for their personal health care. This presentation made it easy for their staff to see quickly what was changing from the previous year, what new plans were available and how they could quickly get answers for any questions they may have.
